How long have you been working at Premium Food and what different roles have you held within the company? What is your role now?
Going on to my 7th year. My role was to build a close relationship with all our french suppliers. Today I am overseeing the Purchasing department and improving working procedures for smoother overall operations.
What's your favorite thing about working at Premium Food?
Our team! They are young, dynamic, fun yet they have a good sense of responsibility.
Who has inspired you the most throughout your career?
I don't think there is 1 person. Each one person has inspired me in different ways
Have you always worked in this industry? If not, what other types of jobs/roles have you held?
I began in the hospitality industry, moved into headhunting, then went from selling “Nuts and bolts” to designing candles and exploring online beauty communities. I've done it all. Oh, and I also ran 4 eateries and a nail spa! Every step has been about bringing new ideas to life. Now, my passion is food – sourcing the best flavors and ingredients to offer them to the Thai market.
What's the best advice you could give someone who's just starting out in their career?
Instead of giving advice, I would like to share the best advice I got. “Don't go complaining to the boss but go to him/her with various solutions.”
What are some of the accomplishments you're most proud of?
Still managed to stay married after all these years.
If you could only eat one thing from Premium Food for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
Comte cheese from Fromagerie Antony
What's something you're truly passionate about or enjoy doing in your free time?
Playing golf, helping out at the Good Shepherd Sisters in Bangkok and travelling to where food is yummy.

No mystery here, I am what you see!!
